Crafty Creations - Bunnies!

This week at Crafty Creations it is Peggy's first time hostessing the challenge and she has chosen a lovely topical theme - Bunnies!

I got out this old Penny Black favourite and coloured it up!  I used MME papers (love 'em) and a few bits from stash mountain!!  Not a lot on this card - i let my image and papers take centre stage!! lol

As always there's a prize for one lucky entrant - i hope you join us! bx

Crafty Creations - Mother's Day!

My turn to host the theme at Crafty Creations this week - and I chose Mother's Day so everyone can try and get organised ahead of time!

The Stamping Boutique is our wonderful sponsor this week!  The DT were offered a choice of image to work with - i chose Audrey with Hearts.  I printed her out on kraft cardstock and coloured with prisma pencils.

I created a step card using this tutorial (thank you Heather!)...and used lots of yummy MME papers to decorate!

Please take a look at what the rest of the DT created - I'm looking forward to seeing all your projects too! bx

Crafty Creations - Baby Blue

This week at Crafty Creations, Jeanet would like to see all your baby boy cards!

I have lots of cute baby stamps - but I thought it was about time this lil Fiskars guy saw some ink!  He's on an acrylic plate which has some fab lil characters.

I am LOOOOOVING these new MME 6x6 paper pads! Love the patterns, love the colours, love that they are double-sided - yep just LOVE them!! I did a bit of paper piecing on my lion - and love the way he turned out!

As always we have a great sponsor  - Simon Says Stamp - so join us for your chance of winning a great prize!

We have 2 new DT members this week - Donna and Peggy - I'd LOVE it if you could help us welcome them to the team! bx

Crafty Creations - Feminine Birthday in Blues & Greens!

Time for another fun challenge at Crafty Creations - this week Deena has set the theme -

Feminine Birthday in Blues and Greens

I inked up this LOTV cutie (my hubby did a GREAT job of choosing these images for me for christmas - thanks again babe!).  I coloured using copic pens - definitely a STEEP learning curve for me!! lol  Basic Grey to the rescue with these fab Marjolaine papers - love them!  The sentiment is by Hero Arts.

A few people mentioned my flowers last week (thank you!!)...I am loving those myself and created them using this fab lil die!!  Of course you can make them without the die by cutting out a circle (you can use your nesties for this stage), then cutting a spiral within your shape - but this die makes it soooooo much easier and I think a much nicer end result!

I did go back and add a pearl to the centre of my green rolled flower (just didn't get around to re-photographing the result!)

So that's my card for this theme, my teamies have also created some beautiful cards, including images by our fabulous sponsor Digis with Attitude....I hope you can join in the fun! bx
