Magnolia Down Under Easel Card...

So many challenges...so little time....but I did fancy joining in this one!! This is obviously another for my Mum....to which I've subsequently added a little "Happy Mother's Day" rub-on, but I was too LAZY to take another photo!!

This is another gorgeous image my hubby picked me for christmas, coloured of course with Prisma pencils; yummy My Minds Eye papers, Prima flowers, Basic Grey pearl "swirly thing", Making Memories felt letters, ribbon I picked up in Hobby Lobby....sorry I can't remember who makes these brads or pearls!!
I'm entering this card into the Magnolia Down Under Challenges - my first time entering this challenge - thanks it was fun!! bx

Get Well Soon!

This week's challenge at Pile it On is to make a "Get Well Soon" card....also happens to be the theme at Stampavie and More, and Crafty Creations want to see "stitching" on your creation so I am entering this card in these 3 challenges!!
Another cute CC Design....how cute are those wee ear-rings she's sportin'....she is heading out after her shift you see!!! I kept the colours muted as it's for a male, but I did manage to squeeze in some yummy Prima lace!! bx

Happy Mother's Day!

I'm still trying to get ahead of the game with my cards this year....so far so good!! It's my Mum's birthday just a few days before Mother's day so I have 4 cards to make (from my sister and me)....I wanted to try and do each one a different shape.....this is my window card! This card will just "squish" flat to go into my envelope.
I cut the window using my large scalloped nestie, used some more of the gorgeous BoBunny papers....I coloured my cute image with Prisma pencils, added a Prima bloom, Creative Imaginations fuzzy brad, 3 Making Memories flower brads on top of which I layered little heart shaped gems, and finished with an A Muse sentiment.
I am entering this card into Quixotic challenges (something for Mum) and Cute Card Thursday (metal mania)! bx

As usual I've coloured my image with Prisma pencils, used some gorgeous BoBunny Papers (LOVE the colours of these!!), used Making Memories trim, Prima flowers and a Making Memories brad...oh and almost forgot the Melissa Frances rub-on!! bx

For Mum!

My hubby is a real gadget man (groan - love you darling!!) and HAD to have the latest software going...only it messed up our printer (haven't been able to print for about 2 weeks now) and then it messed with my camera connection (groan GROAN!) so I couldn't upload my photo's...well, he finally got that problem sorted out so now I can play again!!

I used the sketch at Papertake Weekly to create this card (altering it slightly, of course, to suit MY needs!!) and I also used the theme at Rose's on Paper which is a colour recipe of Pink, Brown and Cream - yummy!!
This is one of the cute Magnolia stamps my sweet darling husband chose for me this Christmas...I love her!! I've coloured her with prisma pencils, used yummy Basic Grey papers, some sheer spotty ribbon from Michaels (methinks), a Heidi Swapp chipboard heart and an assortment of flowers, brads and pearls to embellish!! bx

You're Special!

I love these Ketto girlies from Stampingbella....although they are a bit smaller than some of my other rubbah and therefore a bit harder to colour with the paper stumps!!

I've teamed her up with some yummy Basic Grey Lemonade papers (one of my favourite BG collections), used a bit of Doodlebug paper frills and a couple of gem brads.....quite simple really!!!

The spotty paper makes it eligible for the new challenge at Cute Card Thursday (spots and dots)! bx
