This is my creation - and i love it!! - how cheeky is that?!! lol It's simple but stylish at the same time (to me anyway - and yep, i'm even cheekier now!! lol)
The patterned paper is by Simple Stories, the image is by Papertrey Ink (the sentiment is from the same plate).
